Major Police Operation on the Mongrel Mob

Seven patched Mongrel Mob members and 15 others have been arrested today after an eight-month police operation targeting the gang's drug activity.
This morning police executed simultaneous search warrants on the addresses of Mongrel Mob members in Blenheim, Picton, Nelson, Hokitika, Christchurch, Lower Hutt, Auckland, Havelock North and Palmerston North.
The warrants covered six police districts and involved about 100 police and drugs dogs, police said.
The operation focused primarily on alleged serious drug offending by Mongrel Mob members across Marlborough.

Taranaki Rebels sentenced for 2011 operation by New Zealand Police. A number of people were charged as a result of this operation. Sentencing judge Justice Stephen Kos labelled the Rebels' drug-dealing as a Mickey Mouse outfit.

Garry Antony Dewar, Dallas Francis Hikaka and Adam James Whitehead: All found guilty of participating in an organised criminal group, the Rebels motorcycle gang. Naleesha Angelica Moke, Dewar and Hikaka: Found guilty of conspiring with Nathan Couper to sell cannabis. Dewar, Hikaka found not guilty of conspiring to supply class a methamphetamine, while Whitehead was found guilty. Whitehead was found not guilty of conspiring to supply cocaine. Whitehead and Moke were found guilty of conspiring to supply class C varieties of ecstasy. The jury was unable to agree on the same charge against Dewar and Hikaka, and the two were discharged after the Crown offered no evidence.

A sworn police officer has appeared in court charged with supplying cannabis and USB sticks to prisoners.

Lotovale Ulufafo Solofa Perese of Henderson appeared in the Waitakere District Court to face 35 charges of supplying contraband to prisoners. The 42-year old Perese is charged with supplying cannabis and other contraband police items including tobacco, lighters and USB sticks to prisoners at Mt Eden Prison and Auckland Women's Regional Corrections Facility.

He's been remanded on bail until Aug 21 at 8.30am.

Tribesmen raided in Kaiatai

APNZ 9th August 2013

A police raid of Tribesman motorcycle gang addresses in Kaitaia has resulted in the arrest of three people, including a 15-year-old.

Police executed a number of search warrants targeting the gang members yesterday morning.

The searches resulted in the arrests of a 21-year-old man for unlawful possession of ammunition and a 15-year-old boy on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

A 48-year-old man, who was breaching bail relating to several drug charges when police turned up on his doorstep, is now in custody after turning himself in, police said.

The charges included possession and supply of methamphetamine and possession of equipment used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Far North Area Commander Inspector Wendy Robilliard said the people targeted in the search warrants were serious, violent offenders. Some had been using stand-over tactics involving guns.

COPS on TV channel FOUR

Watched recently the longest running and very first reality television program “COPS” on channel FOUR. It has the theme song Bad Boys done by a Reggae band called Inner Circle song link here. The song is also names sake for the Movie Bad Boys both 1 and 2 about two fictional Florida Police Detectives played by actors Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.

On this particular show, an American medicinal cannabis grower (she had permits) called the police because a neighbour had jumped the fence and stole one of her plants why cant New Zealand be the same? A.C.A.B believes the cannabis laws here need to take immediate action to adopting the current trend of the USA where a number of states have already achieved changing the law to allow it to be legal to possess. There have been recently NZ media articles here of medically impaired people being convicted still of growing a medicinal supply. Fined convicted or imprisoned for something far less harmful the demon drink alcohol.

Cannabis does have a place in medicine ask a cancer patient who is receiving chemotherapy and smokes a little cannabis to overcome the rigorous treatment and regain their appetite.

Media announcement of the death of Peter Fulcher aged 72, 1970s enforcer of the Mr Asia drug ring. A suspected meth dealer's attempt to flush away a zip-lock bag of P was foiled when a set of electronic scales jammed the loo en route to the sewerage system.

Hamilton City tactical coordinator, Senior Sergeant Freda Grace, said armed officers helped carry out a search of the Fairfield property yesterday.
"I understand he was trying to get rid of the scales, that he was using for weighing the methamphetamine, down the toilet," she said.
"It was a very small set of scales."

A.C.A.B. says the scales needed today are mostly to measure down to 00.01 or One Hundredth of a gram they come from factories in China. The scales were only up until Y2K until then they were only able to be obtained via the jewellery industry, the Jewellers as well as the criminals needed the ones that could measure small quantities of jewels, gold, drugs etc. The only way for criminals to obtain them was to order via Jewellers or Jewellery Supply Companies. “Tamiata” costing between $700 to $1200 were the industry preference and standard throughout the 1990’s in New Zealand. Why?

Because of the industry standard held by the jewellery fraternity they were the only ones permitted to cross the customs controlled borders. Packages crossing at the border documented as non Tamiata made scales were immediately opened and seized.

Pre Y2K and raising rapidly after Y2K new different sorts of scales started to appear on the streets of NZ. A.C.A.B. witnessed these new models that were coming on to the streets back when he was still involved  at that time the ones that started coming in to NZ from China were better disguissed , How? Why? BecausetThe Chinese factories where these were being made were now labelling the packaging of NZ's destined cargo as “Computer Parts” providing false invoices and customs declarations as parts or components of a P.C. for example “modem cards” or "VGA cards".

Funny article about how a teenage offender escaped court by simply walking out of the unlocked holding cells at midday striaght out the front door during court sittings in Wellington. The teen has taken to social media by posting status throughout his moment of freedom only to be taken back to court the following day by his mother with a charge of escaping custody added to his range of charges. Funny article again, this time about an 18 year old dobbin in their parents for growing cannabis. The 18 year old found the urgent need to call the police upon discovering two mature cannabis plants in the backyard of the parents home whilst visiting with friends. The parents who were absent are expected to answer questioning at the local police station no doubt charges pending. Again with the seasonal harvest for outdoor grown pot taking part at present time many parents up and down the country will be sitting nervously prunning their vegetable gardens avoiding all measures to get caught, this highlights the mistrust the 18  year old has in their parents. Cannabis should not be a crime A.C.A.B believes the laws should be changed and believes it can be manageable with education respobsibility and support. The problem the government cant ammend the laws to allow us to grow in our backyards for personal use as this is the obvious case here, why? Because they cant tax it like they do with alchahol and tobbacco.
The truth of the matter if they did make all drugs legal and taxed in a modern manner they would make not millions but billions. Cannabis is a manageable drug unlike alchahol a legal taxed parasite on our culture.

Grandma vs The Hells Angels

A.C.A.B had a good laugh when he read the www.stuff.co.nz news article found below. An Australian Victorian Hells Angels Sergeant-at-Arms Peter "Skitzo" Hewat is facing serious charges after trying to reclaim his lost white shih-tzu terrier. Now A.C.A.B didn't meet too many Hells Angels in his shit kicking days but he does know their reputation for striving to being "top of the food chain". "Skitzo" from A.C.A.B's assumption would be somebody you wouldn't want to cross at all merits he thinks if you should do so such an act would bring a whole lot of trouble down upon you really fast. This doesn't seem to be the case for the Grandmother who found the lost dog and would not hand the dog back to it's owners without proof of ownership even if he did assault her and then send two unknown soldiers who then threaten her with a firearm. Of course the boys couldn't get the dog back the Grandma obviously thought I should report this to the Police who then became involved they raided the Sergeant-at-Arms business address where they discovered a pill press (probably another problem he could have done without of) for which he has been charged with including other business related offences for which charges were also laid and he is now facing.

Now who of  us would expect a shih-tzu terrier would be his undoing its sounds as though Mr and Mrs Skitzo really loved this dog and A.C.A.B thinks the Grandma liked the dog as well by the sounds of the story she didn't want to give it back, also of note when the Whanganui Chapter of the Hells  Angels in NZ were making their appearances before the Whanganui District Council in regards to by laws they wished to pass regarding the bulldozing of their headquarters it was said in the newspaper article that their lawyer got up before the council and said they were "motorcycle enthusiasts who loved their mums and liked cats" A.C.A.B loves his mum and likes cats also. Now shih-tzu terriers loving their mums and liking cats are not what we hear everytime they the 81's when they are mentioned in the media its usualy warfare with rivals or over attention from the Police and A.C.A.B states that all we hear in  the media  isn't nesescarily true but even as he feels this should have been resolved with a more subtle approach and Skito must agree he at this very moment he must be cursing that damned dog he obviously loved it even if it did end this badly for him its great to hear these guys are normal and not the monsters the media typically protrays.
