Suspected-dealer-attempts-to-flush-scales

Here is an extract from Fairfax NZ News via NZ News Portal  http://stuff.co.nz

A suspected meth dealer's attempt to flush away a zip-lock bag of P was foiled when a set of electronic scales jammed the loo en route to the sewerage system.

Hamilton City tactical coordinator, Senior Sergeant Freda Grace, said armed officers helped carry out a search of the Fairfield property yesterday.
"I understand he was trying to get rid of the scales, that he was using for weighing the methamphetamine, down the toilet," she said.
"It was a very small set of scales."
She said police suspect the man may have successfully flushed some product down the toilet before they got inside the house, but the 32-year-old offender failed to destroy "a large quantity" of suspected methamphetamine due to the blockage.- © Fairfax NZ News

A.C.A.B. says the scales needed today are mostly to measure down to 00.01 or One Hundredth of a gram they come from factories in China. The scales were only up until Y2K until then they were only able to be obtained via the jewellery industry, the Jewellers as well as the criminals needed the ones that could measure small quantities of jewels, gold, drugs etc. The only way for criminals to obtain them was to order via Jewellers or Jewellery Supply Companies. “Tamiata” costing between $700 to $1200 were the industry preference and standard throughout the 1990’s in New Zealand. Why?
Because of the industry standard held by the jewellery fraternity they were the only ones permitted to cross the customs controlled borders. Packages crossing at the border documented as non Tamiata made scales were immediately opened and seized.

Pre Y2K and raising rapidly after Y2K new different sorts of scales started to appear on the streets of NZ. A.C.A.B. witnessed these new models that were coming on to the streets back when he was still involved  at that time the ones that started coming in to NZ from China were better disguissed , How? Why? BecausetThe Chinese factories where these were being made were now labelling the packaging of NZ's destined cargo as “Computer Parts” providing false invoices and customs declarations as parts or components of a P.C. for example “modem cards” or "VGA cards".

A.C.A.B.  knows of numerous website address's that sells illegal devices such as these types of scales needed by dealers, GPS and Cell-phone Jammers, trackers and all sorts of illegal GPS/3G/4G related technologies for many different dubious products. They take your order via PayPal and send you the package along with tracking code labelled “computer parts”.

A.C.A.B.  says since he became no longer a day to day drug abuser/dealer he states the Chinese are still disguising their products for easier deception of border controls world wide. Here are pictures of a deceptive set of these types of scales

Police Prosecutor sentenced for dealing meth from Auckland District Court

Front page NZHerald article about Timothy John Russell Sarah who was an Auckland District Court prosecutor who was arrested when police cracked a drug ring in 2011, laying drugs charges against 22 people.

Front page article interviewing the sentenced police lawyer found below

http://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=10881446

Oh note he said he started to use Methamphetamine because he witnessed a partner douse herself when he successfully stopped bail for an offender her partner on charges. A.C.A.B would like to state that many appearing and sentenced in court would have had far more traumatic experiences or dysfunctional personality's due to upbringings and alike, also most of the community experience issues at some stages in our lives and carry on functioning without any stigma or reasons to commit offences against the law A.C.A.B thinks that his reasons are just a cop out.

A.C.A.B thinks this is absolute disgusting behavior of an officer of the court and would like say to Lawyer Sarah you are a true bastard.

Mums the Word Stuff Article

Funny article about how a teenage offender escaped court by simply walking out of the unlocked holding cells at midday striaght out the front door during court sittings in Wellington. The teen has taken to social media by posting status throughout his moment of freedom only to be taken back to court the following day by his mother with a charge of escaping custody added to his range of charges. It was the interaction of his mother that shows you can go against the law, against the man but not your own mother.

NZ stuff article detailing the seizure of illicit substances in the Wellington region by Police from the King Cobras formed in the 1950s they are officially NZs oldest gang. They have always been an Auckland feature A.C.A.B knew some members from his school days and when his father was commanding officer of the Ponsonby Police Base. This gang was born in Ponsonby Auckland predominantly made up of Pacific Island members and these days have significant numbers throughout the Auckland district including prison, this is the first time A.C.A.B has heard of their reach extending out of Auckland.

Seized Millions fail to help NZ Herald

Interesting NZHerald article about the amount of cash seized from criminals many seizures without any convictions from the courts. Modelled on Italian laws against the Italian Mafia these laws are being taken on by Governments throughout the world. This goes on to state that none of the seized revenue and assets has been funnelled back into treatment or education program's nationally.

Seized Cash

It is known fact the police in NZ have being using the revenue to buy more advanced technology such as eavesdropping equipment, GPS tracking equipment, Ariel drones and at $100K per unit camera recognition units capable for patrolling police cars to scan car Registration number plates and check against government databases for Registration and WOF details and infringements no longer requiring them to radio base for information or status. Such cameras are being produced mostly by the UK, Australian Police are using them standard in most patrolling police cars and the NZ police are said to be engineering a broader rollout in the very near future.

Sad note to this article is the end drug addict is forgotten with none of this revenue being assigned to rehabilitation or educational uses.
