Those charged were travelling in a car signaled by police to pull over for a routine traffic inspection instead the driver took off ramming a police car and then crashing 400 meters down the road. The article stipulates they are gang affiliates but no mention of which gang/club they belong to. Just as the old saying "you can run but you can't hide".
